    With some supplements you don't know if they are working but, I trust this brand, NOW. I'm hoping that the NAC, non-essential amino acids help clean up my cells and help with inflammation. Time will tell. Otherwise, the capsules are easy to swallow, not too large and the dosage of 1000 mgs is right in the middle of the recommended daily dose.
