    No problems

    Only used on physically active days. Didn't eat breakfast or lunch.

    It works.

    I believe this works unlike many supplements out there. Take it on an empty stomach though. Taken together with a niacin 500 and it will clear out your arteries. It thins the blood and dissolves blood clots. Don't go over the recommended dosage. Check out WebMD for further info. I only take the 100 mg at a time. I can take 2 to 3 a day hours apart between meals. That works for me. It may not work for you. Start with just 1a day before bed or just when you get up on an empty stomach. God bless you.

    Natto is a must have supplement.

    I don't think sitting in an office all day is as bad for you as people say, but it sure doesn't hurt to move around several times during the day. I also believe that Natto is a must have for folks who sit for extended periods of time, especially as you age. Now has been tested as one of the best quality Natto supplements you can buy. Just do a little research to understand how much this can help with potential clots, especially long term.
