    First of all this is the best form of Lion's Mane mushroom, it is an extract of the fruiting body of organic Lions Mane. You can take it on an empty stomach, but I recommend taking it right after a meal to ensure it is fully absorbed.ChatGPT recommended Lion's Mane mushroom supplementation for various health conditions I have related to systematic inflammation. In the first week I've noticed an improvement to my mood and less inflammation in my abdomin. It may have also improved my sleep quality and how quickly I fell asleep each day. This supplement is supposed takes 3-4 weeks to really start taking effect according to PubMed peer reviewed studies. So I still have another week or two before the benefits truely start making progress.Studies have show that your reaction times/reflexes improve and ability to learn quicker also improve within the first hour. After a few weeks Lions Mane mushrooms start to stimulate NGF (nerve growth factor) which is important for people with nervous system issues, it has benefits for both the CNS (central nervous system) and PNS (periphreal nervous system), so it can benefit brain health, brain injuries, nervous system repair (neuropathy/compression injuries), pain reduction, and the gut-brain axis, which in tern reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
