    Surprisingly Effective for Digestion & Bloating Relief

    I originally bought these hoping they would help with bloating and stomach discomfort, and honestly they've helped more than I expected. Within the first day I noticed way less pressure and fullness in my stomach. I definitely got the "bubble guts" for a little while, but no painful cramping or stomach pain - it honestly just seemed like it cleaned everything out and helped get rid of what was causing my bloat.One funny thing I noticed is there's definitely a cooling peppermint feeling afterward thanks to the enteric coating 😂 not painful or burning, just very minty and weirdly noticeable lol.The softgels are easy to swallow, and I like that they include ginger and fennel oils too.
