  Small and easy to swallow

Over the years I've had increasing difficulty swallowing larger pills and capsules. These are smaller than my previous brand and easy to swallow. I purchased because I ran out of my others before my subscribe and save was due, and these were cheaper. But I'm super happy with them and will use them from now on!

Psyllium Husk Caps - Easy, Effective Fiber for Digestive Health

If you're looking to boost your fiber intake without having to deal with mixing powders, NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Caps are a convenient solution. Each capsule contains 500 mg of psyllium husk, a natural soluble fiber that supports digestive health and helps keep you regular. With 500 capsules per bottle, this is a great value, especially for anyone who wants to incorporate fiber into their daily routine easily.Benefits and Effectiveness:Psyllium husk is known for its ability to absorb water and form a gel-like substance that moves through your digestive system, helping to support regularity and bowel health. These capsules make it easy to get the benefits of psyllium without the gritty texture of powders. The soluble fiber also promotes satiety, so you may find it helpful if you're looking to manage hunger or maintain a balanced diet.Easy to Take:With the capsule form, you don't need to measure or mix anything. Just take a few capsules with a full glass of water, and you're all set. Be sure to drink plenty of water with each dose, as psyllium absorbs water and needs enough fluid to be effective.Quality and Assurance:NOW Foods is a trusted brand, and these psyllium husk caps are Non-GMO Project Verified, which means they meet strict quality standards. The capsules are also vegetarian, making them a great choice for those following plant-based diets.Pros:Convenient capsule form-no mixing or measuring neededSupports regularity and digestive healthNon-GMO and vegetarian-friendlyHigh-quality, affordable option for daily fiber intakeCons:The capsules are a bit large, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills, keep this in mindIt's important to drink plenty of water with these, which may be challenging for some usersIf you're new to fiber supplements, start with a lower dose to avoid potential digestive discomfortPro Tip:Start with a small dose if you're new to fiber supplements-try one or two capsules and gradually increase to avoid bloating or discomfort as your body adjusts to the added fiber.Bottom Line:NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Caps offer a simple, effective way to increase your fiber intake and support digestive health.
