    So far so good!

    I really like this so far I've been taking it about a week There's no taste and it's not huge. I did notice a slight decrease in appetite and I don't feel tired or anything I've done a lot of research into this brand as well and they are just really great. I get all of my supplements from them.

    SHOOK on how well these worked

    Okay so as the title says, I was FLABBERGASTED by how well these worked! So, I'm on a weightloss journey, and I wanted something to suppress my appetite, so, I got these. I was unsure because this product had mixed reviews, but I got it anyway. I took two this morning with my coffee and I noticed It TOTALLY curbed my appetite! It's insane because I'm an early riser, and normally I wake up wanting to eat. But after taking these, it kept me satisfied still, and it's been almost three hours. This amazed me because this is only my first day takkng these and already it's working. I know it's not the coffee curbing my apetite, because im usually still VERY hungry after drinking coffee lol. I know it's these pills. RUN don't walk and get these!! Especially for the ones that are trying to lose weight and don't want to eat all day.

    Really helps binge eating, emotional eating, anxiety, and sugar cravings

    This is really helpful, have been taking for 6 weeks, started with 1 capsule before dinner and now using 1 in morning, 1 in afternoon. It does make stools harder-so may need to add in more fiber or a stool softener. Great for anxiety, binge eating, emotional eating. Gives your brain space to pause and decide if you're really hungry or just eating-helps with that brain stomach message. Not a cure all but a very helpful tool. Recommend.
