    Far better than soy lecithin. No side effects

    Update 5 2 2022 its been a month taking it and certainly my semen volume increased.it's my first order from now foods but they really nailed it. product really works when you take it as a specified and there are no or least side-effects.as usual after 40+ you may see the decrease in semen volume but after taking this I think it's improving and let us see whether cholesterol levels are decreasing or not.

    I recommend taking this when Breastfeeding! Take one or two daily will prevent you from getting mastitis! It has saved me from getting mastitis again.I got a clogged duct/mastitis before I started taking this daily and just by taking it cleared my clogged duct/mastitis immediately.
