Great supplement, good cost
I've been taking these for many years for overall health, and I like them a lot. I can't tell you if my health is better, but I can tell you they don't hurt me and they don't have such an intense after-taste as many other brands I've tried (frequently no after-taste at all). Also, the cost for amount of omega you get in this is extremely good. A lot of other omega pills are mostly filler or don't have a good ratio of EPA/DHA.
