    Good for Gluten free vegans who need b-12 and makes restless legs go away

    I have been vegan over 20 years and I have been a b12 dot girl but the price of them have skyrocketed and the amount of b12 included is 50% less than this one so I figured I would give it a try. Taste: Very good, like tropical fruit punch and the size is about three times bigger. It is chewable and easy to dissolve like the ones I am used to. It really is gluten free, I had no side effects. I only been taking one a day for three days now and my restless legs thing has gone away completely after the first dose, thank god. I have been out of b12 for about a month and I always know I need to get more when my legs start wanting to walk and I don't want to. I will buy this one again. I approve and am looking forward to trying two at one time to get my body back to normal. Just wanted to make sure I had no side effects and this is safe and good for Gluten free vegans who need b-12.

    Strong focus. Helps tremendously with focus but take it slow the first few days

    taking this has increased my focus tremendously, you'll feel it in your head. It takes a few days to work, take it slow for the following reasons! - The first dose might make you super tired / sleepy or even hopeless feeling but after that you will experience a strong level focus after the first or 2nd dose. Also in my experience taking it two days in row gave me bad headaches. Take it slow, take one or two in the first week only. The focus effects last more than 24 hours. I probably take 2 or 3 a week max! i havent tried taking one daily yet. Generally takes 2 to 4 hours to start feeling it kick in, youll feel the effects in your head, kind of a strong mind energy feeling.
