It's not for me but I love it anyways
I have dry, dehydrated skin, so I decided to try this cream, and I loved it.It moisturizes immediately, absorbs very fast, and has a light, watery texture that makes it easy to apply. It layers well with other skincare products and feels comfortable on the skin.The downside for me is that it's not hydrating enough to last all day. When I use it in the morning, my skin starts to feel dry around noon unless I follow up with a richer ceramide cream.I think oily and combination skin types will love this because it's lightweight. It could also work well for acne-prone skin since it has a cooling effect and it is calming. It has no fragrance.For dry skin, I'd recommend it more as a soothing cream after strong actives or treatments (like microneedling or peels), since it helps calm the skin. But on its own, it's not enough to keep dry skin hydrated all day; you'll likely need something more.

I really like this Pantothenic B5 Active Soothing Cream! It's a very light cream so it absorbs quickly and doesn't make me feel greasy. When I put it on and then apply make-up my make-up doesn't smudge or smear like it does with my greasy moisturizers (especially my eye-liner). I love how light yet moisturizing it is. This has definitely helped my oily skin. It feels a lot smoother and drier. I've had less breakouts too. Very nice. It's easy to dip your fingers into the container.
