I've been taking various supplements for about 20 years. I'm not some roided our freak, but I'm not a tub of lard either. I'm an average 39 year old who believes in supplementing my diet because I don't always eat the healthiest. But I'd say I'm above average in terms of energy, productivity, and focus. I regularly add in or take out different supplements to tweak my body. I added in Panax Ginsing from this manufacturer a few months ago, and I'm happy with the product and price. It would be nice to be able to take a single dose that lasts all day, but this manufacturer doesn't offer that. I can't give the product a 5 star rating, particularly for "ingredient quality." I simply haven't seen the data that shows this manufacturer stands out from other brands who produce the same/similar product. But I'd say it has definitely helped my focus and energy. This manufacturer makes a lot of supplements and has an attractive label, but there are some REALLY good brands out there who have generic looking products, yet the highest quality products (with the data to back it up.). Would I buy this product again? Yes...I already have. But I may switch it up to a different brand at some point in the next month or two just to see how other companies measure up. There are a few supplements I take that I found the "bingo" brand/dosage first time around, and I'll never switch up from those. This just isn't one of those products. Certainly worth 4 stars though.

Took for erectile dysfunction (ED). While my ED is nowhere near clinically diagnosed, it is an intermittent problem; sometimes I perform great and things are going splendid, and other times I'm maintaining only a partial erection for most of a session. As a picky single male, you can imagine the headache and anxiety this causes when I do meet someone I like and need to perform well. Well, come 600-900mg a day (two or three pills) of this ginseng and some normal weight training/cardio (was already doing these two and they help) and I am a beasttttt now. It's weird you basically feel the same type of thing down below that you taste in the pills -- I don't know how to explain it, but my erections have never felt so powerful and raw. This has made women say I'm the best they've ever had and makes them really hungry for more lol. I feel like I'm marketing this drug like the fake advertisements you see, but I have tried A LOT OF STUFF, and this coupled with weightlifting and cardio is the only that has fully worked to make me operate at 110% in the bedroom (pycnogenol and l-arginine [dose 120mg and 3g, respectively] mixed together actually has studies done and this combination proved effective for me, too, but not nearly as potent as Korean red ginseng).So yeah, I'll be buying this stuff forever. I hope they never go out of business. I've consistently read that you need to cycle it in an ~ 4:3 take/rest ratio, so I've set a hotmail repeat calendar up to take for three weeks and break for three weeks/repeat, which I'm completely satisfied with (better effect, better than I was before, and saves a little money, although it's worth the money 100%). I honestly feel I only need 500mg a day -- the stuff is potent, but maybe after two weeks I'll need more. I have been on it for about two weeks, so I'll report back if anything changes, but so far, it seems LIFE CHANGING...Update:I now have a girlfriend lol... Moving on, though...On my second cycle now, and there's a couple tricks and pros/cons I've discovered. 1.) It seems to take a little while to kick in, so if you're having sex like three times a day, you're not going to notice much a difference (see number two for fix here). If you're having sex once every other day or so, you should see a difference. 2.) THIS ONE IS BIG! I take this about 15-30 minutes before I workout (500-1000mg), and later on in the day or night, it is extremelyyyyyy potent -- I'm talking strongest erections I've had in my life :P... Done it for three days now and it works. I'm thinking more cardio/hypertrophy induced workouts (pump/elevated heart rate) is the most effective, but take this stuff before you workout and try a "post workout"!!UPDATE/UPDATE:This is about 2 years later, and I'm still cycling this stuff. I've learned a lot about how to take this and reap the greatest benefits. If anyone has a question they can comment, and I'll reply... Some tips: Don't take before bed... this is a nervous system stimulant... The times I've found best are 1 hour after lunch, or about 30 minutes before a workout. Late afternoon is also a great time. Cycle this supplement in a 4:3 or 8:4ish weeks (taking:rest). Ginseng Abuse Syndrome is a thing, and there are studies on misc reactions to atrial fibrillation and Long QTc intervals (arrhythmias that can cause syncope [fainting], cardiac arrest, and sudden death). Healthy individuals should be fine, but anyone with heart disorders, and those with Bipolar disorder or on certain antidepressants should be warned (multiple cases of manic episodes in some people). The increase QTc interval was shown at 2 hours after ingestion on the first day of treatment in healthy individuals in a pretty quality study. I looked at the interval increase, and it's significant for anyone prone to large swings or already borderline. Healthy individuals are okay (it still stays within the healthy limits of duration). Anyhow, basically do your research, and cycle this supplement! I prefer a 4-8 week on and 2-4 weeks off cycle. When I cycle off, I move over to the aforementioned pycnogenol and l-arginine combo.

I don't review products until I have completely consumed the first bottle, and this is true for this review as well. I am already into my second order of the Korean Ginseng from NutraChamps. I have been taking ginseng off and on for over 30 years. As you probably know, ginseng potency can vary greatly from provider to provider. As you have probably seen in the news, some even dilute herbal supplements with any number of things. The NutraChamps ginseng seems to be some of the most potent ginseng I have found. I typically take 5-6 caplets a day with other brands and do not see the same results as I do with consuming just 1-2 caplets per day of the NutraChamps ginseng. What kind of benefits do I notice using potent ginseng like NutraChamps? My 55 year old joints do not ache as much and I can tell my join inflammation is down. I notice better mental clarity and stamina throughout my day. A side benefit is the noticeable difference in the more amorous aspect of my life. Ginseng alone most likely will not address erectile dysfunction, but it certainly can put the lead back in the pencil. My heart doctor tells me that for men the penis is the "canary in the coal mine" as regards to the heart. When the canary starts to fail that was a signal for the miners to take action. In the same way, men especially should mind you heath, pay attention to your body, listen to what it is telling you and take action. If the canary is healthy, or if you can nurse it back to health, the entire system is doing better. See your doctor at least once a year. If you are north of 50 see a cardiac specialist even if you don't think you need to. Don't over do it with supplements but do identify 1 or 2 that assists with stress management, like ginseng, since stress causes inflammation which the real killer (google inflammation in the human body and you will learn it greatly contributes to heart disease, cancer, arthritis, and many other ills). If you are looking for a ginseng that is potent and will provide noticeable results within 2-3 weeks (yes, folks, no supplement "works immediately") give NutraChamps a try. Suggestion: if you buy this product, take 2-3 with two meals each day (total of 4-6 per day) for the first 2 weeks. If you don't notice any changes, up it to 3-4 with two meals each day for the next two weeks. Once you start getting the results you were looking for dial it down and take 1 or 2 caplets less each day for a week until you start to notice that you are not getting the same benefits at the previous dose - but to do this successfully, you have to mindfully, consciously check your stress levels each morning or evening while dialing in your dosage. Pay attention to your mental focus and physical stamina as you go through your day. For you men, the "canary" may be the first real sign that things are starting to take effect.
