    taking four capsules daily is a bit tough

    bought these since my hair shedding has been quite annoying lately crossing mid-40s. been taking four capsules daily with my lunch as mentioned. the botanical blend feels nice and clean with no weird taste, but swallowing four large pills everyday gets quite tedious. noticing slightly less hair on my brush after a few weeks, though not sure if it is fully worth the effort yet. packaging was fine when the delivery arrived.
