Product details

Nutrex Research L-Glutamine Powder provides pure, unflavored amino acid support designed to accelerate muscle recovery, maintain gut health, and bolster immune function. During intense physical training, your body's natural glutamine levels deplete rapidly, which can result in muscle breakdown and increased fatigue. Delivering 5 grams of pure L-Glutamine per serving, this supplement rapidly replenishes vital amino acid stores to safeguard muscle tissue, encourage protein synthesis, and support muscle repair after strenuous exercise.

Beyond athletic performance, L-Glutamine plays a pivotal role in maintaining intestinal integrity and digestive health. It nourishes the cells lining the gut, helping to optimize digestion and nutrient absorption. Unflavored and non-clumping, this versatile powder mixes effortlessly into water, fruit juice, or your preferred post-workout protein shake without altering taste. Formulated with Non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients, Nutrex Research L-Glutamine Powder is an essential addition for athletes, bodybuilders, and active individuals looking to protect their physical gains and optimize everyday recovery.

  1. Mix 1 scoop (5g) into 8 to 10 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite beverage or post-workout protein shake.
  2. Consume 1 to 2 times daily, ideally immediately following your workout or before bedtime for optimal recovery.

    Recovery

Usually when you get a product that claims to target fat and burn it off, the piece fails. I check the other day and it was delivered rear with 8% fat. Now this area is the hereditary fat of visceral fat and it did the trick. I applied it in a hard to burn area (My Chin and Neck) and I measured prior to use and I started at 25% fat. I highly recommend this piece. I have been using Lipo 6 Defining Gel for about 5 weeks now and I must say it performs excellent! I'm impressed and have other unconventional areas I'm going to try it on so, more reviews on the way.

    Power Workouts

The grape flavor is good. It gives me a boost during my workout or anytime I drink it, although the non-workout boost only lasts 20 or 30 minutes. There is no bad smell or taste. I'm 74.
