    I'm only giving this a 5 star since I feel it burning when I do cardio. I truly just work with this piece for that burning effect, and maybe it's helping, but I see it helping as much as taking a fat burner. Now with proper diet and exercise if you're training for a bodybuilding show this might help get that fat off your glutes if you believe that heat over and area will pull some fat off. If anything it just pulls more subcutaneous water so you appear a little leaner till you rehydrate. Do I actually think it burns off fat , hell no!!
