  1. As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop daily with 6 to 10 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite fitness beverage.
  2. For optimal workout benefits, consume 30 to 60 minutes prior to exercise.
  3. Because raw AAKG has a naturally bitter taste, it is highly recommended to mix it into a strong-flavored shake, smoothie, or juice.
  4. Experts typically recommend limiting continuous use to an 8- to 10-week cycle rather than year-round daily use.

    Beats out spacious name brands

My husband has been taking arginine for years to supplement his health routine. We always purchased from a big name brand company. When we went to order from them they were out of stock. He came onto Dropy to look and see what he could find and he decided to try the Nutricost. He loves this and is switching permanently. Easy to mix, no bad smell, tasteless and he says he feels the increased energy vs the big named brand he had been using for years. It's over half the cost and a bigger quantity too. Give it a try and compare, it's well worth it.

    Talk about blood flow!

This stuff is amazing! It gives me an unreal pump at the gym and it helps me train harder with more intensity. Only real downside is the soreness you're going to get from pushing your muscles to the limit. Not necessarily a bad thing but boy do you feel it lol. And on the plus side my girl also seems to be taking a liking due to the extra blood flow in the bedroom department if ya catch my drift ;) highly recommended and will definitely keep buying it!!
