    I purchased these Aswagandha gummies after reading the research on the effects they can have on stress, anxiety and therefore sleep, as a secondary effect.I have to say that for someone who normally experiences mild social anxiety in crowded places and high stress from overthinking this has really helped. I have been taking them for about three weeks and have really started to notice a difference in my daily thought patterns and I have reduced the amount of times I will avoid a situation or get annoyed over small things due to my anxiety making them out to be bigger than they are.Placebo? Who knows, but I felt no different for the first week really but then it made a massive difference. Either way, I don't care. Great flavour!
