    Easy to take and no negative effects for me so far. The formula is about as clean as it gets: Peak ATP at 400mg, a hypromellose (vegan) capsule, rice flour, vegetable-source magnesium stearate, and silica. Nothing I'd want to avoid.The 400mg dose matters here. That's the amount used in the peer-reviewed studies on this ingredient, and it's what I look for. Peak ATP is a patented form of adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium, and there are published randomized controlled trials in journals like PMC and the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition showing encouraging results for exercise performance and fatigue reduction. That said, I did notice that most of the positive studies have some manufacturer funding ties, and at least one independent study found no significant effect. So I'd describe the evidence as promising but not fully settled, which is honestly where a lot of newer supplement ingredients sit.
