    Need a fiber boost- this one is great!

    This has been great, my 10 year old son and I use it and I love it. It doesn't hurt my stomach, and is very effective! The taste isn't horrible either- we stir into almond or coconut milk.

    It works, don't listen to the water test😂

    It helps with my appetite. People who are testing the pill in water is not giving an accurate test, so don't listen to that. trying to "debunk" the pill by watching it sit in a glass of water is am pleased with judging a cake by eating raw flour. Our stomach is warm and very acidic, if our stomach was the same as water than we wouldn't be able to digest anything. Not the same environment, not the same process. A cup of water isn't the same as our stomach.
