    Great for heart palpitations (knock on wood), and BP regulation. Check with your doctor first.

    I began having off and on heart palpitations years ago when I was only 26. They drove me absolutely crazy and I never knew when I was going to get them, or when they would stop. I knew nothing about treatments or supplements until 2 years ago when my cardiologist suggested Hawthorne berry extract supplements to regulate my heartbeat. I really wish I'd known about them when the palpitations first began. I was using another brand for about a year and a half, but then another seller took over and they became more expensive, so I started using this brand and I haven't had any palpitations in over a year (knock on wood). My cardiologist is very pleased that my BP has been normal with every visit. You should definitely check with your doctor first, but I would recommend these.
