    Tastes good and mixes easily

    I originally had another expensive powder "MCT Wellness" article I was taking and while I appeared it did the job, I wanted something more cost effective and easier to use because it was tough to mix and blend. Then I tested a liquid form C8 MCT oil "Brain Octane" article but it caused me considerable daily stomach aches, even with the teaspoon starter amount. What made it frustrating was the fact that the same company also sells a resembling-looking item that advertises 95% C8 MCT oil. This product was advertised to be good for Ketosis but when it showed up I noticed that it said nothing about the C8 MCT oil content on the bottle, which was sort of a letdown since I like the flavor, which was flavorless, the fact that it has good blending power, and the benefit for the money was spot on. Literally, it was both physically and taste-wise, it had a distinct flavor that made it more challenging to combine with any other flavored liquids. After 2 months of pain and 2 products later, I was forced to find a more suitable product that fit my needs and maintain my state of ketosis. In conclusion, this product would have been ideal had it advertised the key ingredients more prominently and made less confusion for customers by at least making the bottle design and/or label a unique tone to accentuate that difference.

    This dissolves quickly & thoroughly-& no greasy coating in my mouth.

    I will say I was unsure. They are reasonably sizable harder to take for people who can't swallow pills. This has appeared to help my mood, my ADHD settled somewhat since I've been taking this. I haven't noticed any side effects besides the dimensions of the pills. I seem to be able to focus superior and not have as much anxiety.
