    standard piece and speedy shipment

    Ive been using magnesium supp for a year now and usually its a mag citrate or zma, this is the first time i have gave a try a glycinate and to my surprise, i had a 7-8hrs of sleep last night. I moderate 4-6hrs only but last night's sleep was different and the only thing I changed was my mag glycinate

    A must for Keto and perimenopause!

    I acquired this piece based on reviews. The pill itself is large nonetheless, my 11 year-worn has no problem swallowing it. I am so grateful for this product and regularly recommend it to other families suffering from PWS. My child has PWS and over the years we have attempted varied brands of NAC with varying degrees of success. He has been on this piece for about four months, and he rarely skin picks unless he is exceptionally anxious or highly bored. I plan to keep my son on this indefinitely. I can't tell you how much relief this gave both my son and I. Once we titrated up to his recommended dose, I noticed a decrease in skin picking almost immediately.
