FAQs

How can I blend MCT powder without clumping?

For the smoothest consistency, add the powder to your liquid slowly while stirring vigorously with a whisk or use a handheld frother. Alternatively, you can combine the powder and liquid in a blender for a few seconds to ensure it is fully emulsified.

How does MCT oil powder compare to liquid MCT oil?

MCT oil powder is generally more convenient for traveling and is easier to mix into powders or hot drinks without leaving an oily film. Liquid MCT oil is pure fat, whereas powder often contains stabilizers like fiber or caseinate to facilitate the powdered form.
