    Pleasantly Astonished

    So my keto elevate on subscription never came so figured it was a sign to try this one . Thankfully it happened because for the price , taste and mixable . As well as keeping hunger off a little longer . Personally 1 scoop is too sweet . I use a half in about 10 oz coffee and it's perfect ! Read in to the ingredients and it seems pretty dang good !

    Top notch

    Top notch... I add a scoop to my protein shake every morning after my workout. It adds a hint of vanilla, which is delightful, and helps increase the prevalence of ketones in my body. It's easy on the stomach and allows for a more manageable maintenance of the keto diet. Highly recommend.

    Wholly melts into coffee, fantastic flavor

    I've been using the vanilla flavor in coffee, along with milk, and it adds the best flavor! It's a great way to get the MCTs. The previous MCT I used was a different brand in oil form, and it was so messy. The bottle leaked and the oil pooled on top of the coffee. But the Nutricost powder totally melts into the coffee after a couple minutes and is very smooth and tasty. I imagine it's good in other foods, too. Maybe the unflavored would work well if you don't want vanilla flavor in your food or beverage. I will be buying this again. Highly recommend it.May 3, 2026 update: I've been using this every day in my coffee and noticed that within an hour I'd have a wicked "carb crash" and have to put my head down on my desk and snooze for a few minutes. I checked the other stuff I had for breakfast (low glycemic index) and then did some Google searches on MCT oil powders and found that this MCT oil powder is made with "soluble tapioca fiber" which, from Google searches, is an Isomalto-oligosaccharide and can spike blood glucose and insulin and cause the carb crash. So, I found out I should look for a powder that uses acacia fiber instead. The fiber (or the tapioca fiber) is used to turn the MCT oil to powder form. Although this brand tastes really good, I can't be crashing out every morning when I have coffee, with or without breakfast. Too bad. Live and learn and read the labels. Do some research.
