FAQs
What Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) are you pairing with this motor?
This 29T 550 brushed motor operates efficiently on a 6V to 8.4V power range (2S LiPo or NiMH batteries). It is recommended to pair it with a brushed ESC capable of handling at least 39 Amps to match the motor maximum draw specifications.
Are there battery limitations for this brushed motor?
Yes, this motor is strictly designed for 6V to 8.4V input voltages. It is explicitly not compatible with 3S LiPo batteries, as higher voltages can cause overheating and premature component failure.
Which RC car models are compatible with this 550 motor?
