    It worked for me.

    I used this shampoo for years. But every once in awhile I switch to something different. I have long hair, to my waist. As the grey started to appear, my hair was changing in texture and was breaking more. I went back to OGX and it's beginning to thicken up again. It really is a good shampoo.But I always come back to OGX.
