    Lightweight & Coconut Fine Curls Shampoo

    A product of Canada, this clear thick gel shampoo is for fine curls and is designed to avoid weighing down the hair. My hair is finely textured with light curls and waves that are readily flattened so this shampoo is a good fit. It left my hair clean, soft and manageable. The formula is sulfate-free which means it is less harsh and drying. Having no sulfates can also mean less luxurious lather which may require more shampoo to generate a sufficient quantity of suds. This product found a good balance and I only needed slightly more of the liquid so this bottle 13 ounce bottle should last through many shampoos. The fragrance has a mild coconut/fruity scent that dissipates quickly. Overall it is pleasant to use.

    Smells amazing - like a pina colada

    This OGX Lightweight + Coconut Fine Curls Shampoo smells absolutely amazing. It smells like a pina colada for my hair, which makes me think of the beach and summer and sunshine. My hair did look defined and bouncy, although I did need to use a conditioner after this. But it was light and did not weight my hair down. The bottom of the bottle had a small dent, but no leaks or other damage to the bottle. I will definitely be looking for the matching OGX conditioner to try!

    Volume for days!

    I never used to have fine hair, but the more gray my hair becomes, the finer my hair seems to get. Luckily, I have a TON of hair so I don't usually have issues with volume, in spite of my hair's changing texture. But I am a huge fan of giant, wavy hair, so I figured a shampoo intended for fine, curly hair might do good things for me. I paired this shampoo with a volumizing conditioner from another brand and I have to say, I'm a big fan of this combo. I didn't love it at first because I felt like my waves weren't as defined as they usually are (I used all my normal styling products). But I'm now several days into my wash cycle and somehow, it just keeps getting better. Volume for daysssssss, literally. And my wave definition seemed to improve with each day's refresh, which is unheard of. This picture is day 4 hair (!!). Usually, by day 4, my hair is looking flat and sad near my roots, especially. But not now! I'm super excited about this. This shampoo smells amazing, cleans my hair really nicely and is very reasonably priced. I'm a fan. Highly recommend.

    Smells fantastic...

    I'll admit, my hair typically does well with most shampoos. That being the case, the shampoo scent is one of the more important variables for me. I am here to tell you that this stuff smells great! I mean, pass the rum and ice and where's the sun screen nice. I love the tropical scent of it. It lathered well for me too - not too much but not too little either. The viscosity was kind of a surprise to me - when I squeezed it out, it was a mix of a gel and a normal shampoo - I like it. So, it smells great, lather well and my hair looks fine and isn't falling out. Overall, I am very happy with it.
