    Missing Top

    Top was missing. Did not expect this from such a pricey item. Disappointing. Update: Aside from the missing top, product has worked wonders on my hair, it's been the softest it's ever been! I've noticed some hair loss but not sure if it has anything to do with this product but over all great product (:

    Look at my results on unstyled hair before and after

    I've only used this product once so far but I'm happy with the results, it doesn't have much of a scent and I want to make the bottle last so I mixed it with a little of my regular conditioner on my hand just before putting it in my hair, and I only use conditioner on the lower part of my hair because I get oily hair if conditioner gets on top. I left it on while I shaved ect, and rinsed before getting out (I always do this). The green sweatshirt picture is before using Olaplex, the gray shirt is after using Olaplex, both pictures my hair is unstyled. The lighting is different though so I'm sure my hair isn't actually more red lol just warmer lighting. I bought this because I'm about to go from years of box dye red to platinum in a salon and I don't want my hair to suffer from all the processing. I'm very pleased with the results! The seal was loose when I opened the bottle which makes me skeptical about tampering, but it did a good job so far so I guess it could have just been a fluke.

    **Most definitely worth the money, excellent.**

    I have been using Olaplex No. 5 Conditioner since its introduction in 2017. It's amazing, luxurious, and highly concentrated. A little goes a long way. I have found that using these pumps helps to save money, so I am not using too much, and because I have arthritis, the thick conditioner comes out better for me than having to squeeze the bottles in the shower. I would definitely recommend splurging on the No. 5 Conditioner, and now I'm excited to buy their new No. 5 for fine hair

    Soft and Easy!

    First time trying it and man, what was I waiting for?! I could've been using this for years! Though the price for the small container is a bit steep, a little goes a long way and it is worth buying. For context, I have curly Dominican hair and my hair length is past my waist (extra long). Thus, to my surprise, in one use, it made my hair very soft, manageable, and it reduced the amount of time I need to detangle. Hair was so smooth, with less frizz, and there was less breakage. So amazed! It smells great, too!
