    DONT TAKE W CAFFEINE & TAKE CONSISTENTLY FOR EFFECTS

    Alright so my bag is pretty much empty so I think my review is worth putting up here now.In a bag you get what, 30 days worth of gummies? I took one 15mg gummy each day instead of the full 30mg.NOTE: Saffron takes a few days CONSISTENTLY to actually show any effects. I'm a coffee drinker and taking this right after coffee gives me ANXIETY. I would eat my breakfast, drink my coffee, and wait a few hours and THEN take the 15mg of saffron.Also note that the studies that have been done with users of mood swings & saffron only go up to roughly 6-8 weeks before any certainty of effects drops off.I took these for my work anxiety, brain fog, and random mood swings (probably from not getting enough sleep and eating badly from stress). I'm a female in my thirties and hormones changed on me all the sudden. I also don't have kids.IMO these did work and help significantly! My mood became more consistently stable and peppy which I really appreciated! I feel like I got my old self back :)The downside is I'm a bit skeptical if it's the Vitamin D in here. Like maybe I could just use an extra helping of vitamin D and not saffron necessarily…

    Feel better with saffron.

    I just feel better when I consume these. Is it a placebo effect? Or does the saffron make me feel happier ? Either way I am sticking with it . The fruity flavor is a little treat to get my day started.

    Worth the payment and try for neurodivergent kids
