  Helps me wind down and fall into deep sleep

  I take these about an hour before bed, and by the time I actually lie down, I naturally start to feel drowsy without feeling "knocked out" or groggy. It helps me transition into sleep more smoothly, and I usually fall into a deep sleep pretty quickly.I also appreciate that it includes support for muscle recovery. On days when I work out or feel physically tense at night, this seems to help my body relax a bit more before bed. The 3mg melatonin dosage feels right for me, strong enough to work, but not so strong that I wake up feeling off the next morning.The gummies taste good, not too artificial, and are easy to fit into a nightly routine.
