Optimum Nutrition L Glutamine Muscle Recovery 240 Capsules In 1000mg Pack

I like Optimum Nutrition and you will probably see a review on a lot of thier products I have picked up. They have a great product at a great price with no BS junk added or hard to read labels.I picked up the Glutamine powder when I was trying to make my own post work out drinks or adding this to my protien powder. I have stopped drinking protien shakes and I have picked up a post work out drink. So now I add this to the post workout drink for MORE Glutamine or add to some OJ. I actually add a spoon full to my morning OJ every morning. I read somewhere that Glutamine also helps with boosting your immune system.I have mixed this with juice, post work out drinks and protien shakes..I have not tasted any difference in any of these drinks because of this powder. Mixes very well, the colder the liquid the more you need to mix it but still mixes very well. Some info from the Optimum Nutrition website:Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, comprising more than 60% of the free amino acid pool in skeletal muscle and greater than 20% of total circulating amino acids. Because L-Glutamine may support muscle recovery from exercise, each serving of our Glutamine Powder provides 5 grams of pure L-Glutamine, and because it's unflavored, you can mix it right into your post-workout protein shake.Made with Pure L-GlutamineUnflavored VersatilityAdd to Protein & MRP ShakesMixes Easily with a SpoonWide Variety of Available SizesSupports Muscle Recovery Efforts

Bought this kilogram of L-glutamine powder from optimum nutrition to help with muscle growth, endurance, and gut healing protocol. The focus was total body health. If you don't have your health, you have nothing. The powder was excellent quality, dissolved into drinks, no discernible taste, easy to measure, lasted a long time and fit under my cabinet countertop.

It's been a good product for me already, especially now that I am over 6 decades old. It wasn't long ago that this fact literally slapped me in the face of realization and I decided to start fighting back against age in the best way I knew how, which means a lot more gym time when I can get it. I decided to change my weight lifting routine to fit more of my desired results and age.....rather than lifting heavy weights with just a few sets and reps to produce mass and raw strength as I did when I was younger, I decided to go with a routine of lighter weights with an increased amount of reps and sets to help with muscle tone and balance and, of course, to burn more calories and fat to combat a natural slowing of my metabolism. It's seem to have worked out better, but I believe that it tears the muscles down more to exercise like this and the recovery time was admittedly a bit long @ first. This is just one of the ways where this product comes in handy. Glutamine is supposedly the most abundant amino acid in the body and rather than buying a good BCAA product, I decided to get this and combine it with a good Isolate Whey protein powder and a good dose of Creatine before and after exercising. This regime has already helped to cut the recovery time down to virtually nothing for me, even though I've increased my weight limits by 10% to 20% depending on the particular exercise. Granted, I still hurt a bit the morning after but I don't think that I would be making progress without that being the case....that's just the nature of weight lifting. But instead of days of down time to recover, this particular combination of supplements has decreased it to about 1 - 1.5 days and then I'm good to go again. It just seems to me that when you tear your muscles down by lifting, then they just get hungry and you have to FEED them with what they need most and, for me, this product is exactly that. Good product in my opinion and damn good Seller.

I'm extremely impressed with Optimum Nutrition's L-Glutamine Muscle Recovery Capsules. As someone who works out regularly and pushes myself hard, I've been on the lookout for a high-quality supplement to aid in muscle recovery, and this product definitely fits the bill.I love that each capsule contains a potent 1000mg of L-Glutamine, which has been shown to be one of the most effective amino acids for muscle recovery and growth. Since starting to take these capsules, I've noticed a significant decrease in muscle soreness and fatigue, which has allowed me to push myself harder in the gym and see better results. One of the things I appreciate most about this product is the fact that it's made by Optimum Nutrition, a company that's known for its high-quality supplements and commitment to transparency in their manufacturing processes. I also love that the capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave a bad aftertaste like some other supplements I've tried.Overall, I highly recommend Optimum Nutrition L-Glutamine Muscle Recovery Capsules to anyone looking for a high-quality supplement to aid in muscle recovery and growth. It's an effective and affordable product from a trusted brand that's definitely worth trying.
