Product details

Optimum Nutrition L-Glutamine Muscle Recovery Powder is a premium dietary supplement designed for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and bodybuilders who engage in intense physical training. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, playing a crucial role in muscle protein synthesis, tissue development, and overall cellular repair.

During prolonged periods of exhaustive exercise, natural glutamine levels can become significantly depleted, which may limit your body's ability to synthesize protein and rebuild lean muscle mass. Delivering five grams of pure L-glutamine per serving, this micronized powder offers a highly efficient way to replenish amino acid stores and accelerate recovery times.

The unflavored formula provides exceptional versatility, allowing it to blend seamlessly into your post-workout whey protein shakes, pre-workout drinks, or standard beverages without altering their taste. Regular supplementation helps minimize muscle breakdown, counteracts post-exercise soreness, and supports athletic endurance.

Free from banned substances and quality-tested for your peace of mind, this formula ensures you can train harder and recover faster.

  1. Mix one heaping teaspoon of the powder into eight ounces of water or your favorite beverage daily.
  2. Consumed ideally after your workout or as part of a healthy diet and exercise program.
