    Very nice

    Quench is delicious. I got the strawberry and I'm very happy with that. It mixes in a mixer shaker bottle with no problems and you can add Greek yogurt to it for a meal replacement or just drink it on its own for hydration relief and so much more it helps build muscle, which is especially good and we all need. It's a good post workout drink.

    Surprisingly Tasty

    I did a lot of research before settling on this product. I did have lower expectations especially after reading some comments about it not mixing well or having a weird taste. It is still a protein powder, just more ... better?The strawberry is the only flavour I've tried so I can only speak to that. It's really yummy, not overly sweet. Not chalky like some protein powders.Its also an electrolyte hydrating drink, which makes drinking this so much easier.Ok. It does foam up quite a bit when mixing, so if you have digestive issues with foam/bubbles you will want to make a head and keep in the fridge. But I figured out that if I add 1 cup of water and use my mini whisk to disolve it first, then add the rest of the water it's no as bad.I did end up subscribing to this product, worth it IMO.
