Description
Osmo Polyx Hard Wax Oil is a premium wood finish designed for those who demand professional-grade protection for their interior wooden surfaces. Based on a blend of natural oils and waxes, this unique formula creates a microporous finish that allows the wood to breathe while offering exceptional durability. It is specifically engineered to molecularly bond with the wood fibers, ensuring that the finish does not crack, flake, or peel over time, even in high-traffic areas.
Ideal for solid wood floors, cork, interior furniture, and wood trim, this clear satin oil enhances the natural character and grain of the wood. Once cured, the surface becomes highly resistant to common household spills, including wine, coffee, juice, and water. Because the final finish is safe for humans, animals, and plants, it is an excellent choice for children's toys and food-contact surfaces. Whether you are refinishing an antique table or protecting newly installed hardwood floors, this oil provides a long-lasting, elegant, and low-maintenance solution that keeps your wood looking beautiful for years to come. By choosing this authentic, USA-imported product from Dropy, you ensure your surfaces receive the high-quality care they deserve.

FAQs
What is Osmo Polyx oil used for?
Osmo Polyx oil is a professional-grade finish used to protect and enhance the natural beauty of interior wood surfaces. It is commonly applied to solid wood floors, cork, furniture, and wooden trim to provide liquid and abrasion resistance.
Is Osmo Polyx oil better than varnish?
Unlike traditional varnishes that sit on top of the wood and can eventually crack or peel, Osmo Polyx oil penetrates deep into the wood fibers. This creates a more flexible, breathable, and easily repairable finish that retains the wood's natural feel.
What is the cure time for Osmo Polyx oil?
While the surface will feel dry to the touch after several hours, it generally requires 8-10 hours between coats. We recommend allowing the final coat to cure fully for at least 24 hours before subjecting it to heavy foot traffic or use.
Is this product authentic and imported?
Yes, all products sold by Dropy are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the USA. We ensure that our customers in India receive genuine international quality for their home maintenance needs.
