FAQs
What clipper blades are compatible with these Oster guide combs?
These stainless steel guide combs are specifically designed to fit over standard A5 style detachable clipper blades. They work best when attached to size 10, size 15, or size 30 detachable blades.
Are metal guide combs better than plastic attachments for dog grooming?
Yes, stainless steel guide combs are highly preferred by professionals. They are much more durable, do not flex or bend while passing through thick coats, and glide smoother without pulling the hair.
What sizes are included in this 10 piece pet clipper kit?
The kit includes ten distinct sizes to cover all grooming needs: 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 7/8 inch, 1 1/2 inches, and 2 inches.
Is this Oster pet grooming kit an authentic USA import available in India?
Yes, this is a 100% authentic Oster product imported directly from the USA. Dropy India ensures all personal care and pet grooming items are sourced genuinely from authorized US suppliers for Indian customers.
Can I use these guide combs on matted or tangled pet fur?
It is highly recommended to thoroughly bathe, dry, and brush out your pet's coat to remove mats before using the clipper combs. Clipping through heavy mats can pull on your pet's skin and dull your equipment.
