How to use
- Start by placing the handle vertically on a flat surface and aligning the center groove of the disc with the tip of the stick.
- Hold the disc steady with one hand while using your other hand to initiate a gentle rotation on the stick handle.
- Once you feel the balance point, use your wrist to draw small circles, maintaining the disc's level position while focusing your eyes on the disc itself rather than the handle tip.
