good color for dad's portraits
bought this titanium white pan for my dad since he does canvas work and wanted something that creates minimal dust compared to his old dry sticks. he says the titanium dioxide pigment gives nice smooth highlights once you layer it up a bit. packaging was slightly squished when it arrived but the cake itself was safe.
FAQs
What is the difference between soft pastels and PanPastels?
