Description
The Patikil 3/4 SAE Female to 3/8 SAE Male Flare Connector set includes two durable 45-degree brass adapters designed for secure piping in HVAC, refrigeration, and gas line systems. Crafted from heavy-duty thickened solid brass, these connectors provide exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature tolerance ranging from -53 degrees Celsius to 121 degrees Celsius.

FAQs
What type of gas or refrigerant system are you working on?
These brass flare adapters are versatile and widely compatible with standard residential and commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and pneumatic gas line systems. Always verify your specific system requirements and tube dimensions before installation.
Are you connecting two existing lines or adapting equipment ports?
This 2-piece connector set is designed to easily step down or bridge connections between a 3/4 inch SAE female line and a 3/8 inch SAE male port. It provides a secure, welding-free transition for various piping layouts.
Can thread seal tape be used with these flare fittings?
No, thread seal tape or PTFE tape should not be used on flare seats. The seal relies entirely on the tight metal-to-metal contact of the 45-degree flare angle rather than the threads themselves.
Are these brass adapters authentic USA imported products available in India?
Yes, this is an authentic USA-imported Patikil brass fitting sourced directly from the United States by Dropy India for reliable performance.
How do I measure the correct size for flare connectors?
Flare sizing refers strictly to the outer diameter of the tubing being connected, not the physical thread diameter measurement. Measure your pipe outer diameter accurately to ensure proper compatibility.
