Fine and suggested for your blood glucose monitor, or for other items that don't take alcohol.
I got these because my diabetic Accucheck monitor said this is the only thing to use for cleaning the kit after blood check. I guess it has a germicidal solution that has no alcohol in it, which is what I used on my old monitor. It's ample size to clean the kit, and is, of course, disposable.

Fantastic for travel!
I keep these in my purse and car to use when I need to wipe down! I also take them to work to wipe down the area where I will be sitting. They kill more germs than the average Clorox wipe. The chemical are so strong in the wipe, I suggest wearing gloves or washing your hands immediately after using them.
