    Edited: First I have to say, I did receive a dud initially and immediately after submitting my review I was contacted by Pedestrian Project through Dropy in an effort to correct my purchase agreeing that sadly what I was sent did not pass their standards either and it was indeed flawed. I have to say Pedestrian Project gets 10 Stars for Customer Service and have been sent a new balm which works flawlessly and I love even more than the Dr. Scholl's I bragged about before. There is no doubt I will be purchasing again! Pedestrian Project, you won me over with customer service and a great product.Welp - someone on tik tok had a raving review so I tried it. Big mistake! Unless I got a dud, it crumbled on the first attempt to use it even with the slightest pressure and it is actually hollow inside. I have been an avid user of the Dr scholl stick/blam and love it because it is totally mess free. Unfortunately this one broke up and greasy pieces ended up on my carpet. More expensive than the Dr scholls and it is actually 1.5 oz less and can't even use the product. Hollow inside - absolute waste of money!!!!

    Yes, it really works!

    I was looking for something to use on my feet and came across this. My feet weren't at the cracking point yet but I was having an issue with dry looking, flaky skin around my heels and ankles that I needed to do something about. So after I received this, I decided to test it by only using it on one foot and seeing how the differences looked after one week. So here is the result in my picture. You can see the visual difference, that the skin looks pinker and more hydrated on my left test foot, than my untreated right. And it feels better too! My shin was feeling "paper-y" I guess is how I would describe it, and probably would start cracking if I didn't do anything. I also like how easy it is to apply, it works like a small deodorant stick or a large chapstick, just twist the bottom t bring it up and rub on. No worrying about getting stuff on your hands. I only kept forgetting that the lid screws on and off, not pop on and off like deodorants or chapstick, but that is a very minor nitpick. At this point, I've just recently used it up. Gotta get more! (so one tube ought to last about a month, more or less). Recommended!

    Product is Hollow

    EDIT TO ADD: The customer service team here is incredible. They saw my review and offered me a full refund and to send me a new product which I gladly accepted due to the fact that it is working for me! Overall, excellent customer service and I will 100% buy from this company again because of it. I like this product so far, it seems to be helping the pretty sever crack that I have in my heel. But I've only been using it for a little over a week and the whole middle is empty!?

    Smells yummy and makes my heels look 100% better

    This cracked heel repair stick in Mango butter scent is great. Smells sooooo good! Made in USA and you can see immediate results. It says apply 2/day for best results. It appears to look oily after applying, but doesn't feel like it and doesn't make my heels feel slippery. And I truly can't stop smelling it! I love that it hydrates and repairs my heels. Great product!
