This piece should be the standard!
Wow! Highly little odor on the mold killer spray but the stain remover has a robust bleach-y smell so certainly plan to ventilate when you utilize it. We'll see long term how the mold killer operates, but the stain remover spray is like magic - the spots melted away within seconds and you can't tell they were there at all! Used on my ceiling after water in the attic caused some mildew problems. I was dubious as to how effective this combo might be, but it's nicely worth the price!

So far it has removed almost all the mildew smell from my car, had a poorly installed windshield and after I got it professionally replaced correctly I gave my whole interior a good douse and followed instructions and dude. Night and day difference! It has a slight smell but in my case after letting it set for 30min I opened all doors and let it air out for a whole day and this is now my go to. Works on all kinds of surfaces. This product has great quality and the size makes it a great deal too!
