A little works perfectly.
I use a tiny amount of this stuff, just up to the first thread inside the cap, every night in water or juice. It doesn't cause a bathroom emergency, it just softens the stool enough that constipation is a thing of the past.I'm unaware of any effect, unless I stop using it. Then my gut hurts.
