    Plumps and hydrates area around eyes! When applied there is a cool feeling and after there is a slight tingling feeling. I like that you can easily apply the cream directly to the area around the eye. the cream feels like a gel. It does have a slight alcohol like smell. it wears fine under makeup and smooths out fine lines.
