    Best under eye cream to help minimize life-long, dark circles-not affordable, but cost-effective

    I truly love this under eye cream! Dark circles under my eyes have forever been the bane of my existence. After much research, questioning my doctors, etc.. one of the factors that is always mentioned is lack of Vitamin C is a contributor. When Ulta opened in our town, I spent over a year trying different brands, products, talking to the sales people, and finally settled on Peter Thomas Roth's line featuring potent vitamin C, & I'm so glad I found it! So many serums/creams have a watery, thin feel to them-this isn't the case with the PTR potent C line. It's a concentrated, thick serum that absorbs your undereye skin quickly. I won't lie & say my dark circles are gone-but this product has done the best job of noticeably fading the dark, since I use it religiously. I'm 54 years old, & my skin looks better than ever-because I now make it a priority & use the best, most appropriate products in my price range. I recommend the PTR line to anyone!
