FAQs
How does Pilot FriXion erasable ink work?
Pilot FriXion pens use a unique thermo-sensitive gel ink that reacts to frictional heat. Rubbing the rubber tip on the cap generates minor heat that turns the ink transparent instantly, leaving your paper clean without any messy shavings.
Are Pilot FriXion pens refillable?
Yes, these pens are fully refillable. Once your black ink runs out, you can easily replace the refill cartridge to keep using your favorite pen barrel.
Does the ink reappear if exposed to cold temperatures?
FriXion thermo-sensitive ink can reappear if exposed to temperatures below minus 10 degrees Celsius. Placing the paper in a freezer will temporarily cause the erased writing to return.
Are these Pilot FriXion pens authentic USA imports?
Yes, this product is an authentic USA-imported item. Dropy sources its beauty, skincare, health, and personal care products directly from the United States to ensure genuine quality for Indian consumers.
What point size is this pen?
This specific pack features an extra fine 0.5 millimeter point size, which is ideal for precise handwriting, drawing fine details, and working in smaller notebook grids.
