    A must if pregnant with low iron

    Despite the fact they smell/taste subpar, they don't give me acid reflux like the brand ritual did nor do they make my stomach disturbed. No side effects just good things. Took a star away for the smell and taste. So it's obviously doing something right for me. With my first pregnancy I was taking some generic CVS maker and I had Charley horses a lot; with this manufacturer I don't get it unless I skip two days.
