The Ayurvedashree punarnama powder has been helpful at eliminating excess fluids in my body. It isn't unpleasant and I usually add it to a beverage. I am young, healthy, and lean. I will continue to use and and consider reordering. My health checkups are normal but this can be uncomfortable. I drink a lot of water and on occasion it doesn't eliminate as quickly as other times. The Punarnama powder seems to be helping to eliminate stored fluids. It is said to be lovely for the liver, kidneys, and digestion as effectively.
