2 distinct charging options. Solar and wind up charging at the base of the unit
Good quality especially with the solar panel for recharging. I bought it for my daughters family where the weather is unpredictable on the east coast where they loose power frequently

Fine for the price
Bought it for my mom because the old radio died. Works well although the meter isn't reliable. Had to crank it past the marking to get the best signal.

Functional and useful
Very nice radio for the price and it works better than others I paid much more for. User friendly and very helpful features for a emergency or just everyday use. Good sound and excellent reception with more than adequate battery life I am pleased with it. I really like the tuning system function for it's accuracy and simplicity not overwhelming at all and the separate weather band is a real plus. More is not always better, I am very pleased with everything I got in this little radio which is small and useful.
