    The belly button patches stick on well and really does the job.As always, spot test on my arm to ensure no skin issues or irritation occur. I have sensitive skin and neither item bothered me. It helped me incredibly during my menstrual cycle. I felt less pain during the nightI applied one of these patches and it stays on until morning and when I can remove it myself. Easy to apply and clean up!

    These are nice. They stick well and stay on all night even after sleeping. I didn't realize they didn't come with the oil on them so don't be like me and waste a few by not putting oil on them lol.
