  Easy to swallow!

Here is the honest challenge with reviewing a supplement like this: if you suddenly start consuming a concentrated blend of Irish sea moss, bladderwrack, chlorella, broccoli seed extract, and chlorophyllin every day, you are essentially mainlining a petite ocean of nutrients your body may not have been getting before. Nothing dramatic. At fifty cents per capsule you are paying for a multi-ingredient blend and a reputable manufacturer, and that math only does the job in your favor if the combined formula is as it turns out what you're after. Pinpointing just right what changed and why becomes a bit of a detective story with no sharp suspect. That said, after numerous weeks of consistent use, I noticed what I'd describe as steadier energy and a general sense of things running a bit more smoothly. Buying a single month and deciding it "didn't work" after two weeks would be favor planting a garden and complaining there's no harvest the next morning. The main sticking point is price. Whether you need all of that is a personal call, but the thinking behind it is sound.Practically speaking, the capsules are easy to take, normal supplement dimensions, and I noticed no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. No montage moment. If you just want basic sea moss, simpler and cheaper options exist. For anyone interested in marine-based nutrition without the adventure of preparing raw sea moss yourself, this is a pristine, convenient, well-formulated option. The bar clears easily here. The two bottle box gives you roughly a two month supply, which is genuinely useful for something that takes time to evaluate. Just bring your patience along with your water glass. Anyone who has ever attempted raw sea moss gel knows that this is not a tiny thing. Rather than just Irish sea moss alone, Primal Harvest combines three marine algae sources and layers in broccoli seed extract and chlorophyllin, which gives the overall nutrient profile more depth. Just a quiet "huh, something might be working" feeling that crept up gradually. The formula itself is more ambitious than a basic sea moss supplement.

  So helpful

It took me researching change in B12 supplements to finally find a product that not only has the real not synthetic B12. Not to mention other supplements I had to have. I feel superior since taking these supplements along with the Primal Beef Liver Bar. So thrilled I discovered these products.

  Energy boost

A bit pricey and have a unique smell. I noticed a lovely improvement in how I feel after taking them. But I love how well they work. I try to wait until they go on sale before ordering.

  Pricey but effective

These vitamins are nice. They are easy to swallow. I have obtained them several times now and will continue to do so as I am very pleased. I honestly did not invariably have food before I took them and I had no issues. I feel they are helping me have more energy and just feel solid in general.
