Description
The Pssopp L80 Pneumatic Pulsator is a vital component for vacuum milking systems, engineered to deliver a consistent, gentle, and effective milking process for dairy cattle, cows, goats, and sheep. Designed with a dual-exit configuration, this pulsator creates uniform air pressure changes that mirror natural nursing, promoting livestock comfort while preventing tissue injury or irritation. Built for long-term farm reliability, it features a sterile plastic interior structure protected by a heavy-duty stainless steel outer cover to resist moisture, corrosion, and wear in demanding dairy environments.
Ideal for dairy farmers, livestock managers, and milk processing facilities, the L80 pulsator offers an adjustable pulsation rate between 50 to 180 pulses per minute (PPM) alongside a balanced 60/40 ratio. This allows custom tuning to match specific animal milk flow requirements. Its smooth mechanical action delivers a mild massaging motion that stimulates milk release while reducing animal stress. Simple to mount and secure with side-fastening screws, this pulsator provides an easy-to-maintain replacement solution that helps optimize yield, save manual labor, and maintain hygienic milking standards across your herd.
How to use
- Securely mount the pulsator onto your vacuum milking system lid or line using the provided side screws.
- Connect the vacuum air lines to the two exit ports, ensuring airtight seals.
- Adjust the speed adjustment screw to set your target pulse rate (typically 50 to 180 PPM depending on whether you are milking cows or sheep).
- Inspect and clean internal components regularly with warm water and sanitizing solution after farm operations.
